So for this week in AP Literature my group personally had a slower week, we decided to take our time to comprehend our book even though it was quite short we wanted to make sure that everyone understood the story fully. One of the main ideas that we may not have learned this week but certainly spent a lot of time utilizing was the use of pictures to interpret ideas that we wanted to portray, we were taking select pieces of text and looking to scribe the meaning within the text, this will help us in the long run as we can come back to those notes that we took and look upon them as a guiding hand once we begin to write our short excerpts on the story. So this week we may not really have learned anything new, but that does not necessarily mean that it was a bad week or that it was a waste of time, we definitely got to brush off some skills that we have not used for 3 years or so. This next upcoming week we will look to complete our site actually, even if we have more time we would like to be able to leave for spring break with a feeling of completion and knowing that everything is done will feel really nice.

In AP Literature this week we mainly just worked on our pecha kucha presentations and getting them to a point where we would be able to could be able to show and speak on them confidently, this would be the first time we have ever had to give a freelance presentation where we went in with minimal preparation and a lot more of what we focused on is the elimination of rambling and being able to focus more clearly on what the main idea of each slide is, not having words on the slides to aid your process of thinking. Also being on a timer we must now also utilize a sense of time into your presentation style. Being able to get a feel for how long you have to get your point across making sure you do not ramble and extend past the allotted time. While I may not necessarily think pecha kucha is something that I agree with I will do my best to still follow the format, I think limiting and idea/argument is absolutely not ideal as it weakens the point or argument you are trying to make by ten fold. My idea is still a bit cloudy to me as the main focus point that I initially had decided on was thrown out the window after completing my first book and beginning the second one I felt that speaking on free will within the novels was something that resonated more heavily with me, making it easier for me to formulate thoughts and ideas on it.
Well Structured Pecha Kucha Example This week in AP Literature we spent a large majority of the week watching our This I Believe projects due to unforeseen complications, everything from a fog delay shortening the amount of time we got to spend in class. We also had another shortened day due to a preview of the school musical. Watching other students presentations was more or less just a way to learn about students, to be honest I am not sure that I really learned anything from it, but it was nice to see students willing to be open with one another about stuff that was personal or something that they held dear to themselves. Mine was not necessarily personal but more just something that I had never talked to other people about, it was just interesting to me to see how people perceived what I was trying to say, because I think everyone kind of perceived the stories in their own ways which is something that was more interesting to me then the actual projects themselves, was not what each student said but how other students would intake them and how they would conceive these stories. Moving forward it is to my knowledge that we will soon begin to construct our pecha kuchas and this is something that I have no prior experience with so I will be looking to expand my horizons at the same time while I learn how to properly construct mine. I'm still not even sure what my main idea will be for the presentation but all of that in the week to come.
Info On Pecha Kucha This week in AP Literature we continued to work on our digital storytelling, to really help narrow in on what I thought would improve my story I worked a lot with being concise, or learning how to cut away the fatty details for a story, normally I would not do this, but being a timed piece I have a certain window to work through so this was an important element of my writing. Also I went through a stage of my piece where I think I was too flexible and I was to willing to change my piece, every time I would think of a new idea or just a reformed version of an older idea I was willing to change instantly, I had to work on being more concrete with my ideals. I finished the project relatively early on in it being assigned, so having this much time has also allowed me to go back and rewrite some of my other assignments from this class such as the creative writing piece and also one of my free response essay. That is not to say that I am 100% done with my project yet, I will go through more and find something that seems to be the odd and out and change or edit what is written. I really don’t have any nerves about what I am writing on, I have no troubles with knowing that my classmates will see it, and I look forward to sharing the piece.
Tips For Using Adobe Premiere
Coming back after a long break I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, I had been out of the loop for a little while and I was a bit afraid that my ability to interpret some of the materials we go over in the class would be dull by this point. As it turns out it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought and everything seemed to flow nicely, we worked on new poems this week, both pertaining to the Spring time, more specifically dealing with the emotions and symbols that are commonly tied to this season, these were some of the more difficult poems that we looked into so far, as the meanings were more or less subjective to each reader, and was hard to find a silver lining or something that was very concrete in the writing, I felt as if a lot of what I read was really up for interpretation and could be subject to change depending on the person reading it and what views they may also share. Hopefully through time and practice I will be able to more properly decipher each of these pieces of writing.
